MindBody Flow
Created by Blue Phoenix Yoga, MindBody Flow, is a Tai Chi and Yoga inspired flow class choregraphed to inspiring music.
The class begins with Tai Chi to warm up the breath and body, followed by a number of dynamic and active yoga sequences to move the body, focusing on Stability, strength and Flexibility. The class closes with a Qi Gong breathing practice and a short relaxation, bringing you into a state of Serenity.
Great for:
A full mind and body connection experience.

Stretch & Move
This class is designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout. Dynamic and static stretch techniques are used, sometimes with a little help from a yoga strap or block.
The classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy. You do not have to be flexible, but you will definitely improve it!
Great for:
Gentle stretches
and joint mobility.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a faster pace of yoga with an emphasis on synchronised move to breath flow. A number of yoga poses are arranged in a sequence and repeated to build heat and stamina.
There is a new sequence every month with a challenging pose to practice.
This class will leave you invigorated and energised, ready for your day.
Great for:
Full body toning with yoga.

Week 5 - Deep Stretches (Yin)
The class begins with breath awareness to settle the body and mind. Then, a number of yoga poses are practiced under a theme. The practice closes with breath work and/or relaxation, leaving you feeling calm and restful

Flexibility, strength, the occassional challenge. Also improve mental focus and reduces stress.
