Join me on 60 minutes journey to relaxation in the comfort of your own home. This is a slow-paced passive practice to improve your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, focusing on stillness and a deeper stretch for the connective tissues that surrounds your muscles. Yin yoga has a deeply meditative quality that cultivates stillness and mindfulness, it is the perfect antidote to our busy lifestyle and perfect to wind down the week.
We will hold a number of poses passively for a period of time, up to 5 minutes. Please have some props available to support these poses. Many of them you can find at home; blankets or beach towels, cushions, as well as yoga blocks and strap. Wear warm comfortable clothing and cosy socks are welcome. Dim the lights and may be add a candle or two :-)
