Course Description

Our 2-hour Extended Yoga Practice this May includes a mini workshop focus on building strength and balance as we work towards Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance). This practice will guide you through techniques to strengthen your shoulders and core to prepare the body for this invigorating inversion. The practice will close with a mindful breathwork and restorative stretches, followed by a calming relaxation enhanced by soothing crystal sound bowls, leaving you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
