Course Description

Extended Yoga Practice allows for a longer session to experience a full practice with plenty of time to explore breathwork, challenging pose(s), meditation and relaxation which an ordinary class setting cannot offer. This 2-hour EYP has a focus on backbends. This session will guide you through preparatory poses, alignment techniques, and breathwork to deepen your understanding of spinal extension. We'll build strength in the core and legs, open the shoulders and chest, and explore a variety of backbends from foundational postures to more advanced variations based on your level. Level: All levels
