Service Description

The class begins with breath awareness to settle the body and mind.  Then, a number of yoga poses are practiced under a theme. The practice closes with breath work and/or relaxation, leaving you feeling calm and restful. We explore different style of yoga throughout the month (Hatha, Slow Vinyasa and Yin).
