Course Description

Extended Yoga Practice: Spring Detox Spring is a season of renewal and growth, and this extended yoga practice is designed to help you reset, refresh, and feel lighter in both body and mind. With a focus on twisting postures, the session supports the body’s natural detoxification processes while enhancing digestion, spinal mobility, and overall vitality. Through mindful movement, conscious breathwork, and intentional sequencing, twists gently stimulate the internal organs, release stored tension, and create space for fresh energy to circulate. The practice will begin with a gentle Yin-inspired warm-up, followed by a dynamic flow incorporating both standing and seated twists. You’ll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply connected to the natural rhythm of the season, ready to welcome spring with clarity and ease. Level: All Levels
