Course Description

Stretch and move the body using dynamic and static stretch techniques from the PureStretch programme and yoga. The class also incorporates core and back exercises to strengthen your lower back. The class is suitable for all levels and beginners. Props can be used to make poses and movement more accessible.

Cancellation Policy

CLASS booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to start time. If you booked with a Price Plan, your class will be credited to your account to use next time. Payment is non-refundable. If you booked as PAYG, select RESCHEDULE to book another time slot. If you select CANCEL, payment will not be refunded. You may cancel a COURSE booking by email, with at least 10 days notice before the start date. A £5 admin fee applies.
