Course Description
A blissful spine means a spine that feels free, supported, and alive with ease. This class weaves together mindful yoga movement with exercises inspired by physiotherapy, Pilates, and Qi Gong to promote healthy spinal mobility. It offers a functional and preventative approach to spinal health. Each session may includes spinal and hip range-of-motion work, core, back and hip strengthening to support the spine, functional movement to help you move safely in everyday life, and breathwork to enhance body awareness. Expect a balanced and accessible class that supports posture, relieves tension, and helps you move with greater comfort and awareness in daily life. Level: All levels and beginners

Cancellation Policy
Regular weekly CLASS booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to start time. If you booked with a Price Plan, your class will be credited to your account to use next time. Payment is non-refundable. If you booked as PAYG, select RESCHEDULE to book another time slot. If you select CANCEL, payment will not be refunded. One-off class/workshop/course are non-refundable.
