Flow Yoga
Course Description
Flow yoga is a dynamic style of yoga, flowing through a sequence of poses with the breath. The class begins with breath awareness and warmup movements, followed by Sun Salutations and a creative sequence which is repeated to build heat, strengthen the body and to challenge your mental focus. The practice closes with grounded postures, breath work and relaxation. The class is suitable for all levels. Options and modifications are available to suit individuals.

Cancellation Policy
CLASS booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to start time. If you booked with a Price Plan, your class will be credited to your account to use next time. Payment is non-refundable. If you booked as PAYG, select RESCHEDULE to book another time slot. If you select CANCEL, payment will not be refunded. You may cancel a COURSE or WORKSHOP by email, with at least 10 days notice before the start date. A £5 admin fee applies.
