Blue Phoenix Yoga is the perfect place to explore the many benefits of yoga.  I’m Nancie and I am a certified fitness and yoga instructor based in Bromley, Kent.  Yoga has gifted me so much over the past 20 years, not only with a strong body but also a deeper connection where I discovered compassion for myself and others, a greater resiliency and more freedom for my body, mind and soul to flourish. It fills me with joy to be able to share my passion through the path of teaching with you.

Come and join me to discover the power of yoga and its many benefits at these locations.  The classes below are Pay As You Go.  You can also find me at members only clubs - David Lloyd, Virgin Active and Nuffield Health.  My classes range from traditional yoga styles like Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin to New Age flow classes like Les Mills BodyBalance, Spirit and Animal Flow.

Yoga is a 5000 years old ancient practice consisting of moral or ethical guides to how we live our lives, the practice of physical poses and breath control to improve the overall health of our body.  The practice offers space to quiet the mind and connect deep with our inner self. 

Yoga is good for your soul and good for your body.  Anyone can practice yoga, regardless of age or flexibility.  Here are some great reasons to practice yoga:
