By Invitation Only As the longest night of the year unfolds, we gather in stillness and light. This gentle yoga and gratitude practice invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of winter. Through mindful movement, breath, and meditation, we honour both the darkness and the returning light, releasing what no longer serves and opening our hearts to gratitude for all that is. Expect slow grounding postures, heart-opening sequences, candlelight reflection, and a guided gratitude meditation to welcome the turning of the seasons. Suitable for all levels.
